We process the data provided in the form, in particular your full name, telephone number, email address, location and information about the planned project, in order to respond to the enquiry, prepare a quote and conduct the agreed commercial communication.

3. Legal basis

The legal basis is the consent of the person submitting the form and steps taken at their request before entering into a contract. The data is not used for other purposes without a separate legal basis.

4. Recipients of the data

The data is sent to GreenExperts' internal secure system and may be processed by hosting and technical-service providers under appropriate agreements.

5. Retention period

We retain enquiry data for the time needed to handle the contact, prepare an offer and, where applicable, perform a contract, and thereafter for the period required by law or until consent is effectively withdrawn where consent is the sole legal basis.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, to object or to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Cookies

The basic version of the website does not use marketing cookies. If we add analytics or advertising campaigns in the future, we will implement an appropriate consent mechanism.
