Electronic services terms
These terms govern use of greenexperts.pl, the free indicative calculator and the contact and quotation form.
1. Service provider
The service provider is Łukasz Kowalczyk, trading under the GreenExperts brand, based in Zielona Góra, Poland.
2. Scope
These terms are provided free of charge in a format that can be displayed, saved and printed. They set out the electronic services, technical requirements, formation and termination rules and the complaints process. Please read them and the privacy policy before submitting the form.
3. Electronic services
- Website content — information about renewable energy systems, projects, indicative prices and articles.
- Indicative calculator — a non-binding price range or recommendation generated from parameters entered by the user.
- Enquiry and quotation form — submission of project information and a request for contact or a preliminary quotation.
These electronic services are free. You only bear the usual internet-access costs charged by your provider.
4. The form, calculator and prices
Submitting the form is not an order, creates no payment obligation and does not conclude an installation or equipment-sale contract.
Prices, calculations, savings, grant availability and technical parameters are indicative. A binding scope, price and date can be set only after the information has been reviewed and, where necessary, after a site audit.
A project contract is concluded separately. Before it is concluded, a consumer will receive all mandatory information, including full trader details, total price, scope and any applicable withdrawal right.
5. Technical requirements
- an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and HTTPS;
- JavaScript enabled for the calculator, multi-step form and interactive features;
- an active telephone number or email if you expect a reply through that channel;
- PDF display capability if a document is supplied in that format.
Maintenance may temporarily limit availability. Planned interruptions will be announced in advance where practicable.
6. Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully and fairly. You must not submit unlawful, misleading or third-party-infringing content; upload malicious code; overload forms; bypass security; impersonate another person; submit another person's data without a lawful basis; or reuse content in breach of intellectual-property rights. We may disregard clearly automated, unlawful, abusive or irrelevant submissions.
7. Formation and termination
- the website-content service begins when a page is opened and ends when it is left;
- the calculator service begins when you use it and ends when the result is shown or the tool is left;
- the form service begins when you knowingly submit the form and ends after the submission is delivered and answered, or after you withdraw the enquiry.
You may stop at any time by closing the page, abandoning the form or asking us to stop handling an enquiry. This does not affect processing required by law or needed for legal claims.
8. Enquiry handling
We aim to answer complete enquiries within a reasonable period, usually 1–2 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. No response means neither acceptance of an order nor formation of a contract. We may ask for technical data, photos, bills or a site visit where needed for a reliable proposal.
9. Complaints
Complaints can currently be submitted by calling +48 720 466 984. Email and postal complaint channels will be added when the relevant business details become available. Include your contact details, a description and date of the problem and the outcome sought. We will respond without undue delay and within 14 days. If information is missing, we may ask you to supplement it.
10. Liability and consumer rights
We take reasonable care to keep content accurate, but grant programmes, market prices and technical parameters change. An investment decision should rely on an individual assessment and a binding contract. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights. Mandatory law prevails in the event of conflict.
11. Personal data
The privacy policy describes data processing, recipients, retention and your rights. Form data is used primarily to respond to your request and take pre-contractual steps.
12. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms for a valid reason, including website, legal or provider-detail changes. A one-off service completed earlier is governed by the version in force at the time. Polish law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence. Courts are determined by mandatory procedural rules.
